Delete your KataJau account
In the app
Open Profile, then Delete account, and confirm. It is refused while a request is still waiting for an answer or is confirmed for a day that hasn't come yet: withdraw it, or wait until it is over, then try again.
Without the app
Call or message +977-9868826406 from the phone, or with the email address, on your account, and ask for your KataJau account to be deleted. We confirm who you are before deleting anything, and tell you when it is done.
What is deleted
- Your account: sign-in address, password and sessions.
- Your name, phone number and pricing category kept to fill in requests.
- Your saved plans, and the questions you asked businesses about plans.
- Your reviews.
- Your reward points and rewards, at every business. They can't be restored.
- This device's notification registration, and which notifications you had read.
What is kept, and for how long
A business keeps its record of each request you sent it, including the messages about that request, so it can account for its bookings. The request is no longer linked to you. Your name, phone number and note are removed from it 90 days after it is finished, and its messages with it, as for every request.
